The IELTS requirement is 6.0 with each band 6 for Sarnia campus though for some programs the IELTS requirement is 6.5, no band less than 6.0. The IELTS requirement for Toronto and Mississuaga Campus is 6.5, no band less than 6.0 for PG programs and 6.0 with each band 6.0 for Diploma programs.
Qualification:
For Undergraduate programs; 12th Grade Certificate with at least 60% score
For Graduate Programs; THREE/FOUR year relevant Bachelors Degree with at least 60% score
Free Temporary Accommodation
Temporary rooms have been set aside at the Lambton College Residence and Event Center. International students are eligible for five free nights of accommodation assistance when they first arrive.
International students have a few options when it comes to where to live while attending Lambton College. Depending on your budget, your personality and the experience you want to have while here, it is recommended you consider all the options.
Lambton College Residence :
The residence is located on campus and it is a five-minute walk from classes. It is composed of 140 shared rooms, home to over 280 students. It is also centrally located and close to retail outlets, restaurants, movie theatres, grocery stores and public transit. Accommodations are shared double rooms and each room has its own washroom.
Homestay
International students that are interested in living in a homestay in Sarnia can also contact independent private service providers who assist students in finding suitable homestays in the community. These homestay service providers charge a fee for their services.
Lambton College cooperates with a HOMESTAY provider who helps international students find a home stay that fits their budget and personal needs.
Off-Campus Housing
Sarnia has a variety of off-campus rental housing options including single homes, duplexes and apartments. Students wishing to live off-campus need to research availability on their own and it is recommended that students have roommates to help ease the costs associated with living off-campus. It is also quite common for students to be required to sign at least a one-year lease.
Through a partnership with Places4Students.com, Lambton College offers an online collection of housing opportunities to help students with their off-campus housing search.

Scholarships
Each year the International Student Office selects the top applications and awards scholarships based on academic and extra circular merit. Free money can be available to all registered Lambton College students. Scholarships and bursaries are awarded through various donors for academic excellence, extracurricular activities, community involvement, financial need, etc. Each award is unique in its criteria, application process and amount awarded. There are many scholarships and bursaries available to students in support of their studies.
