The minimum requirement for admission to all post-secondary programs is a high school diploma as well as other pre-requisites, depending on the program. Admission requirements should be discussed with a representative of Fanshawe College. Graduate programs require a College Diploma or University Degree or equivalent.

Accommodation for International Students
Fanshawe offers a number of accommodation options for you through the International Office and the assistance of Accommodation Coordinator. Your options include Homestay, on-campus residence (dormitory), or off-campus housing.
ON CAMPUS RESIDENCE
Fanshawe Residence has just over 1,200 apartment-style Residence rooms and almost 400 townhouse rooms located at London Campus that are only steps away from your classes, food services, Fowler Kennedy Medical Clinic, pharmacy, student services, retail outlets and all the FSU on-campus activities going on. Not to mention, the amenities it offers are second to none!
Fanshawe College offers two residence choices: traditional residence suites and townhouse units.
Traditional residence suites – located on College property. There are three separate non-smoking buildings:
• Falcon House – opened in 2003
• Peregrine House – opened in 2007
• Merlin House – opened in 2009
Each building has 415 suites with each suite housing four people.
Townhouse units – “Kestrel Court” offers students fully furnished, non-smoking townhouse units..
OFF CAMPUS HOUSING
Please be aware that the only residence operations operated by Fanshawe College are located at 1001 Fanshawe College Blvd and 900 Fanshawe College Blvd, London, ON. They are named Falcon House, Peregrine House, Merlin House and Kestrel Court. Any other provider referring to Fanshawe or student housing is not associated with Fanshawe College in any way.
TEMPORARY ACCOMMMODATION
During major intakes (September, January and May) Fanshawe offers a service to new students without pre-arranged accommodations. The Fanshawe Cares program offers up to two nights' accommodation at a local motel at no cost to the student (this is based on two students to a suite). Students must contact the Housing Coordinator at accommodation@fanshawec.ca to make the motel reservation.
HOMESTAY
Canada Homestay Network (CHN) manages Homestay for Fanshawe College.
In partnership with Fanshawe College, CHN provides international students with warm and welcoming homestays and related custodianship services so they feel well supported during their program of study in Canada.
There are many scholarships opportunities available for international students who are currently enrolled and attending Fanshawe College with a valid study permit and international visa.
ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIPS
If you’re entering a full-time post-secondary program at Fanshawe for the first time, you may be eligible for an International Entrance Scholarship worth CAD 500 to 2,000!
International SPP India Academic Excellence Entrance Award
The International SPP India Academic Excellence Entrance Award is open to all international students who have a valid study permit and have received an offer of admission (for the first time) from Fanshawe College under SPP India. Recipients are selected based on a combination of IELTS scores, written essay, and academic performance in previous educational setting. Cannot be in receipt of another entrance award from Fanshawe College.
International SPP India English Language Excellence Entrance Award
The International SPP India English Language Excellence Entrance Award is open to all international visa students who have a valid Study Permit accepted to Fanshawe under SPP India and, have received an offer of admission from Fanshawe College (for the first time). Student must meet IELTS score of 7.0 and above to be eligible.
